安装及安全控制点说明
1.将燃烧机火焰罩外壁按图示位置绕耐火材料后，将安装座连同火焰罩及石棉垫
安装到炉体上，拧紧螺钉；
2.联接法兰由用户按图示的形状和尺寸自行制造，其中M10螺纹孔可钻φ12光孔。
3.吸风口以下30cm内不应有影响燃烧机吸风的阻碍物。
4.主要安全控制点：风压低、火焰故障、燃烧器铰链未合。
Installation and Safety Instruction
1.Tape refatory materail to outside of flame shield as shownin drawing.
Install the installation seat,flame shield and asbestos washer to boiler,
fasten the bolts.
2.Boiler linkage flange to be manufactered by end-user according to
the shape and dimensions shown in the drawing.
3.Ensure burner machine draughting passage free from obstructionin area
of 300mm of the suction inlet when installing the burner.
4.Main safety control point:air pressure low、flame flault、burner hinge
swing out.
