    普通机床的数控改造
    摘要:本文从对普通机床进行经济型数控改造的必要性,如何进行改造等方面,论述了机床数控改造的方法及过程。
    数控技术是先进制造技术的基础和核心,反映一个国家制造技术水平和工业水平。数控机床的应用显现了数控技术的优越性。将普通机床改造成经济型数控机床是符合我国国情的一种机床改造方法。
    高精度、高效率是机械加工的主流发展方向之一。普通机床加工精度和加工效率相对较低,更为重要的是一些复杂曲面的加工无法实现,而数控机床较好的解决了这一问题,同时中国现阶段机床行业的发展相对比较落后,为适应这一现状的发展,将普通机床改造成数控机床已成为我国机床业发展的必然取向和行之有效的方法。
    经济型数控机床由程序载体、数控装置、伺服驱动装置、机床主题和其他辅助装置组成,在对普通机床原本没有的部分进行添加的同时,保留机床主体中一些部分,只对进给系统、刀架等某些部分进行改造,选用更能提高机床加工效率和加工精度的传动装置及运动部件。使得机床性价比大大提高。
    我国现状制造业的发展相对缓慢,对普通机床进行经济型数控改造符合我国现阶段的发展状况,有利于我国缩小与其它制造强国之间的差距,更好的为我国制造业的发展奠定有利的基石。
