摘要

本型号卧式铁辊碾米机，属于擦离式碾米机。工作时，稻谷或糙米由进料装置进入碾白室，在转动的碾辊作用下，依靠摩擦擦离作用去除稻谷或糙米表面的皮层，碾制成一定精度的白米，碾白后的米粒由出料口排出机外，碾下的米糠经米筛排出。它具有结构简单、性能好、产量高、安装轻易，操作方便，使用范围广的特点。因此适用于广大农村，小城镇的粮食加工厂加工稻谷之类的粮食。

Abstract

This model horizontal iron roller rice mill, to wipe from the rice mill. Work, white rice or brown rice by feeding device into the grinding chamber, under the effect of rotation of the grinding roller, rely on the friction rub from function get rice or brown rice on the surface of cortex, made a certain accuracy of polished rice, white rice after that comes the discharging mouth eduction closed, under the ground of rice bran rice sieve eduction. It has a simple structure, good performance, high output, easy installation, convenient operation, use a wide range of characteristics.
Therefore applicable to the rural, small town food processing plant food such as rice processing.
